The Village of Cary's Committee of the Whole meets the first and third Tuesday of the month in the Board Room at the Village Hall, 755 Georgetown Drive, Cary, IL. The Committee of the Whole meeting follows the Village Board of Trustees meeting. The Committee of the Whole structure is designed to make the deliberation process for the Village as efficient and transparent as possible. The Committee of the Whole is responsible to make recommendations to the Village Board regarding all business of the Village and consists of the Village Board of Trustees and Mayor.
