This Request for Proposals & Qualifications (“RFP”) is to solicit sealed bids from reputable contractors who can provide the specified services requested herein for a leak detection survey. It is the intent of the Village of Cary (hereafter Village) to maintain a complete and current inventory of the location and condition of all main line water valves in the Village’s water system and conduct a leak survey to minimize water loss (Auxiliary fire hydrant valves are not being considered currently). Bidders will be required to demonstrate their capability through references or by means acceptable to the Village.
